Having studied Sport and Exercise Science back in the United Kingdom and been a personal trainer for over eight years, Calum said “It was time to pass on the knowledge and experience I have gained in the industry, to help other trainers build as successful and rewarding of a career as I have”. Calum is also the owner of Limitless Health and Fitness, specialising in pre and post natal exercise and wellbeing, where he has been fortunate enough to help hundreds of mothers throughout their pregnancy via one on one training, online coaching and by utilising his eBook ‘A comprehensive guide to exercise throughout pregnancy and beyond’, released in 2014. Calum is the presenter of our pregnancy workshops, which are conducted Australia-wide.
With over seven years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Ross decided to further his knowledge and expertise in the field of pre and post natal fitness. Under the guidance of his mentor, Calum Wilson, Ross has helped countless mothers remain fit and healthy throughout all stages of their pregnancy. Ross has obtained certifications above and beyond the necessary credentials in order to consistently build upon and improve his knowledge on pre and post natal training, and is a personal trainer for Limitless Health and Fitness, specialising in pre and post natal exercise and wellbeing. Ross is also the presenter of our pregnancy workshops, which are conducted Australia-wide.
Luke is General Manager for Sydney based fat loss specialises Vivid Fitness. Luke uses his six years of experience in personal training and toast masters to deliver nutrition courses that are not only packed full of information but easy to follow and entertaining. Luke is the presenter of our Nutrition for Female Fat loss workshops, which are conducted Australia-wide.

Kristy Moore is one of our most experienced presenters with over 14 years experience in Personal Training and over eight years of teaching Pilates. Having worked both here and in London, Kristy has had experience training a wide demographic of people, ranging from children to seniors, pre natal clients to runners and is even a qualified golf fitness instructor. Kristy’s workshops are not only packed full of education but are also crammed full of her own tips and tricks that has kept her at the top of her game for years. Kristy has used all her experience to write and present her own course called “Pilates for Personal Trainer’ which is offered online and Australia wide.
