"Being a mother of 3 a course that stands out and I could not fault was the pre and post natal course last year, the lecturers were not only so informative with the topic but also the full day course seemed to go quite quick due to their enthusiasm and capability of capturing us all with straight forward information and easy to understand with the bonus of also gaining CEC points and take home notes. I have done a few pre and post natal courses in my time but this one stood out. I would thoroughly recommend to any new to the experienced trainer do this course. I completed my Pre/Post Natal course with Limitless Health & Fitness towards the end of 2014. I originally did the course as it was an area I knew Limitless specialised in and I wasn’t 100% confident with. The course itself was well structured and planned out, it took into account different learning styles and was very much an interactive course which is would I liked the most. By the end of the course I believed I had the foundation knowledge to progress forward in training Pre/Post Natal clients plus also had some solid extra material that I could reference from through experience. I would recommend this course to anyone.
